It is time again for one of Waypoint’s best events: the gathering of leaders from around the region for our “The Art of the Sermon” seminar.

For the past decade, we have invited nationally known preachers to share their stories of learning to prepare, refine, and present dynamic sermons each week.
This year Waypoint is excited to have Jeff Vines.

Jeff Vines is the Lead Pastor of ONE&ALL Church in Southern California and a seasoned preacher with decades of experience communicating the gospel across cultures and contexts. He spent twenty years on the mission field in Zimbabwe and New Zealand planting churches and training leaders, shaping a preaching ministry marked by biblical depth, clarity, and gospel-centered persuasion. Jeff is widely known for addressing hard questions of faith with confidence and grace, including his years as the featured speaker on the television broadcast Questions of Life and as a frequent voice engaging skeptics on national radio.

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Jeff is a respected author and teacher who equips church leaders to preach with conviction and cultural awareness. His books—including Dinner with Skeptics, Unbroken, and Divine Romance—reflect his passion for helping preachers connect timeless truth to real-world doubts and struggles. In this workshop, Jeff brings both pastoral wisdom and practical tools to help leaders strengthen their sermons and faithfully proclaim God’s Word.
